Workers' Compensation
Ohio workers' compensation benefits are provided to employees who are injured or contract an occupational disease due to their employment, or to dependants of such workers. The provisions governing Ohio's workers' compensation system are contained in Ohio Constitution Art. II, Section 35, Ohio Revised Code Chapters 4121 and 4123, and Ohio Administrative Code Chapters 4121, 4123 and 4125.
