Occupational Disease (OD)
R.C. 4123.01(F) and R.C. 4123.68 permit compensation for occupational diseases (OD) resulting from the employment. A worker with a disease can receive workers’ compensation if the disease satisfies the R.C. 4123.01(F) general occupational disease definition or meets the requirements of the R.C. 4213.68 schedule of compensable occupational diseases.
