Posted: February, 2000; Updated: April, 2000

Note: After public hearing on March 20, 2000, the Commission withdrew the proposed permanent partial rule discussed below.

The Industrial Commission is considering an amendment to O.A.C. 4121-3-15. The amendment would affect permanent partial applications by prohibiting consideration of disability factors. The amendment would also limit consideration of medical evidence — only medical evidence submitted before or during the District Hearing Officer hearing could be considered.

A public hearing on this proposed amendment was held on March 20, 2000 at 1:00 P.M. at the William Green Building, 30 West Spring Street, Columbus, Ohio on the Third Floor, in Training Room B.
