Perry, State ex rel. v. Indus. Comm. (9/13/07)

When terminating permanent total, the issue is whether the injured worker engaged in activities which constituted sustained remunerative employment or which were contrary to the medical limitations which supported the permanent total award; failure of Commission to apply proper legal standard renders order invalid.
