Baker, State ex rel.v. Formica Corp. (12/1/05)

Some evidence supports Commission’s order denying permanent total disability.

Opinion by: Judge French
Appellate District: 10

Longworth, State ex rel. v. Indus. Comm. (2/20/03)

Commission properly denied permanent total. A claimant who has been granted a total of 100% permanent partial is not automatically entitled to permanent total compensation and some evidence supported Commission’s permanent total denial.

Vote: 3-0
Opinion by: Judge Deshler
Appellate District: 10
