Wage Loss Information

The Bureau of Workers' Compensation and the Industrial Commission adopted a joint wage loss rule, O.A.C. 4125-1-01. It was effective May 15, 1997. This rule explains the standards and requirements for receipt of wage loss compensation under R.C. 4123.56(B).
