set forth in the Ohio Administrative Code (O.A.C.):
- Ohio Administrative Code chapter 4121
contains the Industrial Commission's rules.
- Ohio Administrative Code chapter 4123
contains the Bureau of Workers' Compensation's rules.
- Ohio Administrative Code chapter 4125
contains joint Bureau of Workers' Compensation and Industrial
Commission rules, including O.A.C. 4125-1-01, relating to wage loss
compensation.
