Hearing Officer
Decisions of the District
Hearing Officer are appealed to the Staff Hearing Officer
(S.H.O. or SHO). The Staff Hearing Officer holds hearings and rules on
disputed matters.
The Staff Hearing Officer hearing is the second level of
decision making at the Industrial Commission. Staff Hearing Officer
decisions may be appealed to the Industrial
Commission.
