The Rules which the Bureau and Industrial Commission
have adopted are set forth in the Ohio Administrative Code
(O.A.C. or OAC):
- Ohio Administrative Code Section 4121 contains the
Industrial Commission's rules.
- Ohio Administrative Code Section 4123 contains the
Bureau of Workers' Compensation's rules.
- Ohio Administrative Code Section 4125 contains joint
Bureau of Workers' Compensation and Industrial Commission rules,
including rule 4125-1-01, relating to wage
loss compensation.
