Health Partnership Program

The Health Partnership Program (H.P.P. or HPP) is the Bureau of Workers' Compensation's managed care program. This program manages all medical care administered by the Bureau. All state fund employers participate in this program, and self-insured employers can elect to participate, if they do not form a qualified health plan.
