Wage Loss (WL)
R.C. 4123.56(B) provides for payment of wage loss compensation (WL) to an injured worker who either
- returns to work (either their former employment or a new form of employment) and suffers a wage loss; or
- cannot find work consistent with their physical capabilities resulting from the allowed condition(s).
