Effective Date for Provisions Contained in Am. Sub. S.B. 7

This page lists the provisions of Am. Sub. S.B. 7, the 2006 workers' compensation amendments.  The provisions are separated into groups based on whether or not they were challenged by the referendum petition.  The provisions which were not challenged by the referendum petition became effective June 30, 2006; the provisions which were challenged by the referendum petition became effective August 26, 2006.
