Workers'
compensation claimants have no constitutional right to a jury trial;
right to jury trial is limited to what legislature provided in R.C.
4123.512 and does not provide injured workers a right to present live
testimony.

workers' compensation fund for those conditions which were addressed in
the administrative order which is being appealed.
